If for some reason your books arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via the contact page and we will get back to you so that you can send us a photo of the damage. If it meets our replacement criteria, we would be happy to exchange the book for you. This must be done upon arrival as we do not replace or exchange books due to use or child damage.
